Massage Therapy Restarting
We are pleased to say that our massage therapy service will be restarting on Friday, June 19, 2020. At long last, we will soon be able to offer all of you our massage services again!!!!
Last week our health minister announced that June 19th will bring on the second stage of the economic relaunch. This includes massage therapy services!
I know that this has been a painful time for all of you. So many things that we have been taking for granted have been taken away, but slowly and surely these things are coming back.
Safety precautions
This is not being done without any regard to what is happening with COVID-19 and we have taken precautions to be sure that all of our clients and staff are going to be extremely safe for all treatments that are being provided, as we have done with all of our physiotherapy appointments that are currently taking place! Here are a few of the precautions that we are now needing to do because of the risks associated with COVID-19.
- All of our massage therapists will be checking in with you on the day of your appointment to be sure that you are not experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms.
- All of our massage therapists will be thoroughly cleaning all of their treatment equipment before and after each and every client.
- All of our massage therapists and clients are now to wear a face-covering at all times during treatment and when in the company of their therapist.
- All of our massage therapists will be following strict hand washing before and after each and every client (this was always done but you may notice an even more aggressive hand washing routine by our therapists at this time).
- All of our massage therapists will be wearing a clean gown for all treatments.
- All of our massage therapists will be being sure to not touch anything within your home unnecessarily.
As you can see, things will be a little bit different when receiving your massage. The one thing that will not be different is the quality of care that you will receive from our massage therapists!
