Michelle is a physiotherapist with extensive experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, from pediatrics to older adults. She has a strong clinical background in both orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation and works with clients through a wide range of conditions and stages of recovery. She takes a practical and individualized approach to care, combining education, exercise, and hands on therapy to help clients improve function and move more comfortably in their day to day lives. Michelle places a strong emphasis on building trust and providing guidance that helps clients feel supported and confident throughout their rehabilitation. Michelle is also committed to ongoing learning and professional development. She has completed certification in acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute, along with training in Functional Dry Needling and advanced manual therapy, which she incorporates into her treatment when appropriate. Outside of her work, Michelle enjoys staying active through skiing, running, and biking. She also spends much of her time at the rink watching her boys play hockey and values staying connected to her family and community.
