Breann is a physiotherapist who believes that movement is essential for living a full and active life. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta, and is dedicated to helping individuals restore function, maintain independence, and improve their overall quality of life through personalized, compassionate care. Breann has experience working with a wide range of populations and conditions, including adolescents, older adults, athletes of all levels, and individuals managing chronic pain. She has a particular interest in supporting older adults in maintaining mobility, independence, and overall well-being. Inspired by her own experiences with injury and rehabilitation, Breann brings an empathetic, patient-centered approach to her practice, tailoring treatment plans to each client’s unique goals. Her approach combines education, exercise, and hands-on therapy to promote safe recovery, long-term function, and confidence in movement. Outside of her work, Breann leads an active and balanced life. She enjoys spending time outdoors, playing ringette and pickleball, and exploring new coffee shops. She brings the same energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm to her practice, supporting each client in their journey toward better movement and well-being.
