
Kelly is a physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan. She is passionate about helping individuals of all ages regain strength, mobility, and confidence to live life to the fullest. Kelly has experience working with a broad range of clients, from infants working toward developmental milestones, to children building coordination and confidence, to adults and seniors managing chronic conditions or recovering from surgery. She takes pride in creating thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that are both practical and goal-oriented, helping each person move forward with greater ease and independence. Her approach is client-centered and empowering, with a strong focus on functional exercises that naturally integrate into daily routines. Kelly believes that treatment should be engaging, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s lifestyle and goals. Outside of the clinic, Kelly enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her family. Whether she is exploring the outdoors on a weekend adventure or relaxing with a good book, she values balance and connection in all aspects of life.
