Serena is a physiotherapist who believes that movement is essential at every stage of life. She is dedicated to helping individuals restore mobility, build confidence, and enhance their overall quality of life, all from the comfort of home. Serena has experience working with clients across the lifespan, with a particular focus on supporting older adults through post-surgical recovery, balance and mobility training, arthritis management, stroke rehabilitation, and Parkinson’s disease. She is also trained in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy and IMS Needling, which she integrates into her practice to address a wide range of needs, from pre- and postnatal recovery and incontinence to muscle tension and pain management. Her approach is caring, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s goals and lifestyle. Serena takes pride in developing thoughtful, personalized treatment plans that empower her clients to move with confidence and independence. Outside of her work, Serena leads an active and balanced life. A former member of the Canadian water polo team, she continues to enjoy staying active by playing sports, chasing after her energetic toddler, and spending time outdoors. She brings that same energy, empathy, and enthusiasm to her practice, supporting every client in their journey toward improved movement and well-being.
