Graduating from the University of Alberta with both a Master of Science in Physical therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Sidney believes in a holistic approach and meeting her patients where they are at in their journey to begin working towards their goals! Growing up playing sports, Sidney sustained her fair share of injuries which piqued her interest into the life of physiotherapy! She takes an active approach to rehabilitation, using manual therapy, education, and therapeutic exercise to empower her clients. Sidney also has an interest in vestibular rehabilitation and neurologic conditions. In her spare time, she can be found lifting weights, cooking, and spending time with her dog.
